This course is for you if you are looking to enjoy your holidays with more energy, ease and mental clarity.
All of the course material is appropriate for beginners as well as for those with more experience in Ayurveda.

30-minutes of self-care each day broken down into:

15 minutes of daily physical movement

15 minutes of daily mental self care that can be split into 5-minute segments throughout the day

  • Two live yin yoga classes for all levels (recorded and available afterward): November 4th at 1 PM EST & December 2nd at 11 AM EST
  • Two live check-in session options (recorded and available afterward): December 7th at 1 PM EST & December 8th at 7:30 PM EST
