testimonials

I love the yin yoga classes!! I love the monthly topics and the instructional video that goes along with it. It’s a nice way to put some intention to each month. I also like the chat, that’s a key part of the Collective, feeling like a part of a community.

I enjoy exploring all the layers of content from the unit topic and how it evolves into the next unit (Ojas Tejas Prana) (Exploring Ayurveda through the Chakras) (Intuitive Eating). I like that there is a month to dive into a topic and gain a better understanding through recorded videos and personalized learning followed up by a live chat and ongoing discussion.

I like the simplicity of the Collective. There’s a structure and it’s minimal with options to dive deeper if I wish. I love everything about it, but if one thing really impacts me it’s this. In our busy world it’s so refreshing to have a community and space that is simple and calming and not adding to the demands out there.

I joined the collective last month & it is even better than I expected. So much solid info. all in one place, organized well & explained clearly, lovely yin yoga routines, mudras, supportive community. It helps support my Ayurvedic lifestyle & strengthens my understanding.

How much time is required for this course?

The Simple Ayurveda Membership Collective is self-paced. You decide how much time you want to invest. Video lessons will vary in length depending on the topic. All lessons will be broken down into bite-sized pieces so that you can absorb the information and apply it into your own life.

What is the difference between the Simple Ayurveda Collective and the podcast or other free offerings?

The Simple Ayurveda Membership Collective is a more personal way to go deeper into your learning so that you can apply Ayurveda into your everyday life.

It’s a step between a live intensive group course/individual coaching and the free content always available.

The units are organized around themes. Each theme has a mix of videos, PDFs, and supportive resources all centered around one theme. You will have the opportunity to go deeper and learn more. You will be able to ask specific questions as you learn and implement the teachings. You will have a private networking site off social media to connect with other participants focused on the same transformation that you are.

This group will be a living, evolving body of knowledge and wisdom.

Everything is self-paced and you can go back to the areas that you would like to spend more time with at any moment.

Who is this guided lifestyle course for?

The Simple Ayurveda Collective is intended for you if you intuitively know that aligning with the rhythms of nature will help you to feel happy, vibrant and healthy… but you are confused. Maybe you don’t understand the food suggestions, maybe you can’t figure out your dosha. The Collective will take you step by step through the ancient science but in a very modern, easy to understand way.

The Collective is also for you if you have studied Ayurveda somewhat or have gotten a consultation before but feel overwhelmed about how to actually implement what you’ve learned into your real life.

The Collective is for you if you are a Yoga student or teacher that wants to go deeper into the Vedic teachings, if you are a parent that wants to set a healthy example for your children, if you are frazzled and know there has to be a better way to live.

Who is this guided lifestyle course not for?

This course is not for you if you are looking for the easy way out, food lists or quick fixes. Ayurveda is truly a way of life. You can take it slow and practice in moderation but the more you are curious and committed, the more you will feel alive, happy and whole.

Where can I learn more about the style of the course?

I’d love for you to listen to a few episodes of The Simple Ayurveda Podcast to see my teaching style resonates with you. It’s available on Spotify and iTunes.
