The Simple Ayurveda Training Program
embodied education • Take your study of Ayurveda to the next level
You won’t just KNOW Ayurveda,
You’ll FEEL it in your bones
but don’t just take it from me –
testimonials
“I love the case studies! I have noticed the relationship that gets formed after multiple consultations with individuals. In some ways, both you and the client are on a journey together. It’s a collaboration, which can be so rewarding and productive.”
Do you feel the intuitive pull to go deeper with Ayurveda?
Yeah, I KNOW THAT FEELING.
You’re here because you…
- Heard about Ayurveda in your YTT or from a friend and can’t stop thinking about it
- Discovered your Dosha type and have never felt so seen
- Are exasperated by a chronic condition (yours or someone you love) and want the ability to answer your own daily questions
- Have always been drawn to natural solutions
- Want to create positive change in the world through your own life and sharing Ayurveda with others
I get it.
Because I’ve been where you are.
I never actually intended to become an Ayurvedic Practitioner. I started my training because I wanted to understand and heal my own chronic conditions. When I became an Ayurveda Health Counselor, it was the first time I felt like I had more answers than questions.
Through Ayurveda I’ve deepened my own relationship with my body. It was my yoga asana practice that taught me to be quiet and listen, but it was Ayurveda that taught me to decipher the code.
I fell in love with Ayurveda and I know you will too.
100% of graduates have described the program as life changing
Deepen your Wisdom through Direct Experience
“If you enjoy learning about how to better care for yourself mind, body and spirit, this is it. I’ve made so many connections with the text and just having the deep knowing that this practice was what I was looking for.”
– 2022 cohort student
Are you ready to take your study of Ayurveda to the next level?
Step into an Ayurveda training program that honors you and your unique life story
I have a deeper connection with mother nature, the Divine, and my Self which I felt a connection before, but now that connection is much deeper and stronger.
I debated waiting a few years until family life calmed down, but honestly I think the program HELPED family life to calm down by putting me in a more balanced state, and more equipped to handle whatever life throws at me.
Life changing! I feel like I have tapped into my dharma, of being able to share this sacred knowledge with others.
The Simple Ayurveda difference…
A NEW PARADIGM IN EDUCATION
Emphasis on the student-teacher relationship
Masters of Science in Education
University teaching experience
Graduate studies of special education (an understanding of different learning styles) and psychology (brain function and behavior)
I believe in setting up the right conditions for learning and then letting you fly.
One of the best ways to know Ayurveda is to immerse yourself in the material in a way that creates joy. Maybe that’s listening while washing the dishes…because a tidy kitchen brings you joy. Maybe that’s a walk in the woods…because you have to use your precious alone time in the best way possible.
This training is embodied education rooted in Vedic teachings, neuroscience + scientifically proven educational strategies to help you understand and integrate Ayurveda fully into your life and your work.
This training is for you if…
You love learning.
You’re self motivated.
Are of service to others in some way.
Are ready to deepen and expand in your spirituality and awareness.
Have some experience in either yoga or holistic living.
Are overwhelmed by Ayurveda but feel called to learn more.
Are excited by Ayurveda and feel called to learn more.

why simple ayurveda?
an embodied, simple, modern method
You can’t teach what you don’t practice. You’ll learn the traditional recommendations, but more importantly the WHY behind each one so that you can guide clients into a realistic lifestyle routine based on what would benefit them most.
I teach Ayurveda because of the impact it’s had on my own life. I want you to have that same gift.
I’m a mother of two with a master of science in education and 20+ years of professional teaching experience.
I have taught Ayurveda at a public university in the department of health sciences.
I’m not afraid to do things outside of the box in order to give you the best experience possible.
The world doesn’t need more Ayurveda coaches regurgitating information. The world needs more healers with an intimate understanding of the wisdom and real-life application.
