Take your yoga practice deeper as you develop a relationship with yoga’s sister science, Ayurveda.
Your self-paced yoga course is designed to support you step-by-step in applying Ayurvedic methodology and philosophy to your own life including your home yoga practice.
As you become intimate with the practices, you will be supported to share what you learn with your students and clients in a way that is authentic to you, the radiant individual that you are.
You do not have to be a yoga teacher to participate in the yoga education courses, but you should be familiar with basic poses.
There are three self-paced continuing education courses available.

- Intro to Yin Yoga: the three principles, anatomy, modifications for injury and pregnancy

Yin Yoga and Ayurveda covers the basics of yin yoga including a walk-through of the poses, a basic explanation of energy from the Yogic and Daoist perspectives and contraindications for pregnancy and injury. It also includes the Foundations of Ayurveda and support in putting together your classes and workshops. This is the most popular self-paced course.

Ayurveda + Yoga: Sequencing and Theming Your Yoga Practice and Classes Based on Ayurveda Philosophy goes beyond the foundations of Ayurveda and takes you into the five elements and three doshas- how to apply them to your own home practice and to your classes in meaningful ways. There is no overlap other than the Foundations of Ayurveda is included as prework. This is the course I wish I could find when I wanted to adapt my yoga practice in a way that supports doshic balance.
