For mamas, I think it’s really important we figure out the simple things that make us happy and then consider the way that we can include our children in those hobbies or activities so that we don’t feel deprived. For me, it’s a daily yoga practice and time in nature.
In this episode I share why and how we don’t bring toys with us to the beach or park, plus a basic introduction to nature journaling with kids.
