Dr. Marc Halpern is an Ayurvedic doctor, author, founder & president of the California College of Ayurveda, the first Ayurvedic college to open outside of India. He is one of the few Westerners ever recognized in both the United States and in India as an authority on the subject of Ayurveda. In this episode he shares how our prakriti is formed and how understanding ourselves helps us to recognize mental tendencies. He offers practical suggestions for overcoming anxiety and depression. There is so much wisdom in his words.
