The Simple Ayurveda Podcast: Episode 39

This episode is a chat with my very first yoga teacher, Diana Vitarelli from Dhyana Yoga in Philadelphia. She has been teaching yoga for 25+ years and it was during my first yoga teacher training with her in 2011 that the seed of Ayurveda was planted in my mind. We talk about everything from life purpose, Brene Brown and shame/vulnerability, yoga and Ayurveda in everyday life, cutting yourself some slack and coffee.

Simple Ayurveda for Yoga Teachers

This training is about how YOU can incorporate yoga's sister science into your own practice and classes.

You will be able to recognize the doshas in your students and tailor a class according to the season, time of day, weather and other natural rhythms already occurring in nature.

You will also be able to incorporate poses, drishti, meditation, mudras and more based on the individual and collective needs of your students.

You will connect with a group of inspiring like-minded peers during this live, interactive month-long intensive.

You will infuse your classes with Ayurveda starting from the first day of the training!
