Will brings to the table an amazing blend of Ayurveda, traditional Chinese medicine, and other wellness systems from around the world which beautifully explains so much. • Spiritual Geography and the importance of bringing Awareness into all aspects of life
• The role of mushrooms and Ayurveda

• Will's favorite mushrooms to work with in general, as well as with ghee
• The importance of being conscious of the plants and herbs themselves and their properties
• What is and what is not medicinal ghee
• Sound and vibration as an ingredient in making ghee
• Considering what is Ayurveda and how you can take the ancient wisdom and make it your own
